I've been working with my psychiatrist for 5 years now. I've literally been on every single antipsychotic except the only treatment resistant schizophrenia med, clozaril, because we both think the side effects are too extreme. I'm already on a really high dose of anxiety meds. 2mg of Xanax, 4/day and 10mg 2/night for sleep (along with 200mg of vistarill for sleep) and that's it. My secondary diagnosis is panic disorder, I've just never had one like that before. There's no going up. I'm almost at the max legal limit.

And as for the mixing part, I have no memory of that part but my boyfriend said I calmed down enough to fall asleep afterwards.
