I've removed her recent thread here, she seems to be slipping downward from her last post and I am hoping she seeks some help.

Aside from our "rules" here, I am worried that she is losing energy and hope she can spend that energy working toward a plan for recovery rather than being confused and frustrated trying to post here.

I've sent her a PM and others can do so as well.

I want to emphasize that we don't discourage people from posting when they feel that way, the rule is about posting saying that you feel that way, because that is the point where you should be telling someone else, not us.

We are still here for support and advice during the process of seeking help.

I guess I am only saying this because when we remove a thread because of this, somehow it feels like we are saying "don't talk about it, and don't come back until you feel better" as if the person is outcast or something, which is absolutely not the case. We want this place to continue to be a source of help.

OK I'll get off my soapbox now... I've just had a long day. I am hoping T feels better though, that gives me something to look upward to.
