How's everyone doing with their fibro today? I consider myself lucky to not be flaring. Just really psyched that I was able to increase the jog portion of my walk/jogging by 30 seconds. Maybe there's hope for me yet in getting my running mileage up there. I know I'm lucky to be able to do any jogging at all and hope I don't make others feel bad or resentful when I post about it?
