Well Its apparent you need to find a new Pdoc and T .
No one here is a Doctor so we can't diagnose. You could have any number of illness's/ Disorders going on.
Do you have any coping skills you can use when you are in a situation that triggers you so much? Breathing exercises? Meditation? Mindfulness? Distractions?
I hope your able to find more helpful mental health professionals that will actually help you.
