I'm sorry to hear you're struggling lately. It is great to hear you are still interested in psychology! I know when I'm interested in something, I do better. Have you thought about going back to the basics? When I'm really low I try to nurture myself: hot bath, good music, journal, getting enough sleep, treating myself nicely.
