Anyone tried either of these supplements for mood/anxiety? Probably too good to be true. Lots of positive reviews on Amazon but could be slanted due to at least one of the companies giving away a free bottle for a review, even if bad or neutral. I figured if either was of any true benefit, someone here would have tried it and searches turn up nothing.

I have been on psychotropics for years and most recently Viibryd, which I HATED - side effects really messing me up and making me feel even MORE anxious! Hoping that something natural truly can help my GAD and depression.
