I was in the hospital more times than I can even count between 1995 & 2003....& haven't been in since. Things have changed my my life & the situation I was living in & it has made all the difference in the world as to my well being. We never really know what the future holds & what changes can happen that will make all the difference in our life.

Only you can tell what is really going on inside your thoughts...but it's better to be honest & be safe than it is to let it go & not be safe. Know being in the hospital doesn't feel great, but sometimes it's the safest place we can be at the time.
