Today was my day to begin. I did not do well. The good thing is that although I failed somewhat, I received nothing but encouragement.
Today my email reminded me to keep my goals simple.
"....If your new tiny behaviors are not truly tiny, scale back now. Please be patient, focus on tiny...." The easier I make it the better chance I will succeed.
