The SSA apparently decided they aren't going to pay me my February check until March 3rd. And then every month after that they are paying me on the 3rd. All because AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) decided they were going to start paying my Medicare premiums in January. Now I got paid the $104.90 for my Medicare premium for January and the $104.90 for my Medicare premium for February which equals $209.80 and I just received that recently. But I just got a letter saying that they are not paying me my February amount until March 3rd. And then every month after that I will get paid on the 3rd. Doesn't that mean that they are refusing to pay me my March payment that I am allowed? They are clearly breaking the law. What do I do? This can't be legal. And I have bills to pay.
