I've been really down for a while, a whole bunch of stuff has been happening. I saw my T this morning. this afternoon, my husband said I'm smiling, he hasn't seen me smiling for a while.
I had myself worked up in knots for a while because of some emails the agency sent me. Turns out he didn't want to reduce my appointments or anything, just trying to work out a way to contact me directly if he needed to. He won't use emails or text messages because anyone can read them or hack them and it's breaching privacy.
So..
Anyway, it was a little disconcerting to see him bounce out with a smile and take me into his office with his usual unconditional postive regard. It was nice not to have to worry about setting goals or anything because of the new year
