I agree with subliminal. I would email her your thoughts on it "therapy is stressful for me/I get a lot of anxiety that I can't express correctly or talk about. How do I fix it?" Or something of the like. I like emailing rather than face to face where I can think and edit rather than risk offending someone with careless phrasing. Hope this helped
