Once again no flare from increasing my jogging by 30 seconds yesterday. Starting to get a little apprehensive about adding another 30 seconds on Friday, especially since my husband and I have plans to visit his relatives out of town on Saturday. A flare, as you all know, would make that really challenging.
I still think I'm going to add the additional 30 seconds on though. If I flare, I don't absolutely have to go. Or, as usual, I can go and tough it out.
