Hi NYCKitten, with "I am not one for getting people into trouble". I'd say he
should face consequences for the way he treated you. You had a
right to expect
nothing but professional, supportive behaviour from him. You made yourself vulnerable to him by just taking part in the sessions and he abused that!!!
If he were to get into trouble (which he should!!) he should have
no-one else but
himself and
his actions to blame.
So if you're getting stuck thinking about other patients, you do it for
you.
YOU deserved/
should have had SO MUCH better.
So time to take a stand in "saying out loud", for
yourself and the world out there........"I was/
am worth more than that"!!!

And as for processes...........well you ask your T as many questions as you need to about that. It sounds like they want to support you in this, which is great..........you're not going to be doing this on your own.
