Do you differentiate when things go "sour" versus when you wake up depressed? Does it help at all if you feel you have a "reason" to be depressed or does it all look the same to you, either with a reason or with just plain lack of interest/nothing seeming to "work right" for you, everything looks the "same."
I've just started a couple courses that I probably shouldn't have and they're not coming out the way I wanted/expected/was hoping and they're dragging me down into "now what do I do?" land without much hope of answers. Don't know if I feel that's any different from waking up not wanting to get out of bed in the first place especially.
