I'm going to ask him tomorrow - he is in practice with another pdoc, so hopefully I can call him if need be.

He is on vacation until next Thursday. I have an appointment anyway that day, but it is just bad timing (for me - he deserves a vacation!)

Very irritable today. At least I slept for 9 hours last night though - thank God!
