I live at home with my dad and I visit my mother during summer and winter vacations occasionally and she hasn't really been in my life but when I go there its violent and crazy and there's alot of screaming and they punish my sister severely for very small things like not cleaning a dish or even eating the wrong way. Everytime I go there I have extreme anxiety and I'm very moody and I have a quick temper and my dad thinks it's because I have a phobia of my mom and because what I have seen over there all of my life when I visit. I have a therapist but she doesn't understand it either so I would like to try and get other peoples opinions so I could maybe try to calm down and forget about everything that has went on when I go there..
