Good that you're getting over this problem after a difficult few weeks. Resist the temptation to overdo it![emoji125]

Hope your AA regimen works out for you. I really don't think it would work for me. I have my yoga to help me through, but if this fails I may have to try AA. I can definitely feel my mind & body adapting to detoxification. I just feel that I'm in the right place and frame of mind to see this through. [emoji255]

After going through a very rocky time, I just want as few issues with others as possible. Just work on my own life, and develop my strengths. (And un-develop my weaknesses!) Simplicity is bliss.
