T and I were talking about some emotions I was feeling earlier in the week.. And he said, well it sounds to me that was sadness you were experiencing. However, I seem to turn all my sadness into anger, so when I was telling t about it he could feel me getting all worked up about it. I wonder why the heck I didn't realize it was sadness at first- and why I convert it to an angry feeling? Just a thought I have been having since my session with T yesterday.
