I've been crying everyday now and sometimes I just randomly start crying (like a lot). I end up crying in public places too and I can't stop myself from crying (i started crying in class once and in the library too). What do you suggest I do when I start crying? I tried listening to music and it doesn't quite help... same with breathing exercises

Also I've been shaking for the past ~4 days too and it won't go away. I'm basically an emotional wreck these days and very emotionally unstable
