Hope your AA regimen works out for you. I really don't think it would work for me. I have my yoga to help me through, but if this fails I may have to try AA. I can definitely feel my mind & body adapting to detoxification. I just feel that I'm in the right place and frame of mind to see this through. [emoji255]

After going through a very rocky time, I just want as few issues with others as possible. Just work on my own life, and develop my strengths. (And un-develop my weaknesses!) Simplicity is bliss.
Hi Tony, I have been going to AA meetings since 1999, which is when I had my last drink. I don't have a desire to drink at all anymore. I like AA because the principles that are drilled into your head help me keep sane.

As I've posted, I plan to increase the jog portion of my jog/walking by 30 seconds -- probably on Sunday. I'm apprehensive about getting into a flare, but I have to try sometime. I know I have the cardiovascular ability to run a lot more than I am right now. It's just that my exercise-induced fibromyalgia flares prevent me from doing it.
Thanks for this!
