I can start when I'm not breastfeeding I have the meds it's just not safe to take while breastfeeding my son I am trying to wean him my family has made it clear and the doctor that I must get him weaned soon!! Bc my marriage is falling apart and there are days I can't take care of my son bc I can't get out of bed
