Good news, I finally got up the nerve(with the help of people from this site) today to go talk to my counselor. I thought I was going to hypervanilate but I went anyways. I thought it was going to be horrible like I said before and that he wouldn't know anything, but it really helped me. He said that he was going to call home today and talk to my parents about private counseling or something like that. Let's just hope that they don't get mad that I went to talk to him instead of them.
