I had all 4 of mine taken out at once because they saw them in an xray coming in crooked after I had braces and would have messed up my teeth. It's not that bad, you are under anesthesia, they do their work quick and you will be sent home with a prescription for percocet or some type of pain killer, so plan on sleeping a lot for the next several days.
