I don't like meat and often choke on it. (I do like ham if cooked correctly, bacon and sometimes chicken, but very little.) I have Ulcerative Colitis, so I can't eat salads. I can manage green beans sometimes. I can't eat eggs, but I can drink milk. I can't manage other vegies and almost no fruit.
Protein shakes are the only thing I can figure out to try. I have to get this extra weight off and the sooner the better.
