When I am ill, rage becommes quite a problem. These days, illness is related to stress: The greater the stress, the greater the odds of rage and vice versa.
I've read several books on Anger/Rage & Anxiety with no real solutions. Most of them are explanations of anger, which I already understand. Taking an Anger-Management course is unrealistic as they are offered by people who form the political opposition. [I've advocated for single dads & men hurt by women and other men's movement topics for 25 years. Unfortunately, while that should not matter, it does ....]
So?
Any books that go beyond explaining anger into what to do about it?
Any websites which go beyond the basics?
Any courses which come from a political point of view other than leftist-feminist? (Conservative, Libertarian, Religious, etc.).
