Ensure that each day you manage to do something that "cares" for yourself.
It can be a walm bath, reading a good magazine, watching your favourite tv show etc.

No I haven't seen a doctor about this and I'm scared that if I go my parents might find out about this. I don't have anywhere to go to get support other than here, PC.
I can't seem to concentrate anymore if I try to read. I kind of just 'zone out'. I don't really watch TV anymore either; it's been a long time (considering how I'm always at school so I can't really watch TV... I basically only go home to go to sleep).
