For awhile, I felt like they should just install a zipper.... my first surgery in that area was at 19 - it was the size of a cantalope, had several adhesion type removals thru the years...

Ten years ago, I had a complete - ovaries too...(I was worried that since I had been cut in the same area so any times that it wouldn't heal properly but it turned out great.)

Personally, I would have them take both ovaries - that is just my opinion,,, and fix the bladder so it doesn't fall while they are at it...that way you are "done" with it.. and no chance of ovarian cancer.

I had already gone thru menopause at 36, so when I had the surgery - they gave me the option of going on estrogen and I did... and never looked back....

as already mentioned, don't lift!!!
and walk gradually, little by little... and your strength will come back.
