If and when you go see a doctor, it might be a helpful thing.
I can relate to the not watching tv anymore and zoning out. I feel like doing something that you enjoy would help you with trying to subside the crying and emotions. But you are not in the wrong with feeling this way. And being scared of having your parents find out is normal in my book. I have a similar situation where I cannot go to my mom for help most of the time because I feel she judges me. Anywho that is a work in progress. But consider letting your parents know how you feel and seeing a doctor. Try to find some ways to cope. We are all here for you.

My parents aren't quite supportive of me; they will just tell me it's all inside my head and i need to get over myself. I don't really have anything I'm very interested in either; plus I don't have much time on my hands to do much since homework just keeps on piling up.

Is there a school counselor that you can confide in or talk to? Remember, if things gets too much to handle, you can call a crisis center or 911 if you feel like your a danger to yourself or others. They are there to help. I've called them a few times and I got great help. Good luck sweety
Now I feel like crying for you!

There are psychiatrists at my university but they are usually very busy (have to book it VERY well in advance). Plus I heard that they just refer you to another psychiatrist to help you (which isn't exactly helpful). Also no, I can't call 911 or anything because the police will show up at my university and it will just cause a commotion. Also please don't cry, it'll make me feel bad
I also feel like I'm getting very sick. I feel like I'm going to throw up (just took gravol because of it) and I'm shaking like crazy that everybody just thinks I'm cold...
... maybe it'll pass with time. That's all I can hope for.
