I'm feeling absolutely furious with my T after my session. I don't really know what to do with that. It doesn't matter whether my feelings are ok/valid/appropriate or not - I know that feelings are what they are - I simply have to find a way to get rid of the feelings without expressing them and without harming myself. Maybe I should write a page or two about it and perhaps give that to T when I see him next week (or perhaps not).
