peanut butter?

hmmm can you eat fruit? peanut butter on apple slices is delicious

what about soy? veggie burgers? tofu? hummus? hummus on a pita--yum

Lots of regular exercise to keep your metabolism ticking-walk, walk, walk

drinking only zero calorie beverages, herbal tea with no sugar and/or water (i like it with a lemon slice floating in it )
