It depends on the med you're taking. Some, it won't have any effect. Here's a list of a few different reactions:

From a quick glance, I didn't see any of yours on the list. I was on Trazodone and Buspar for a long time and never witnessed any reaction with them; that said, caffeine DOES rev up my mania. A small cup of green tea can shoot me up when I'd otherwise have no effect.
