You may not like this but, since your daughter is an adult and has a job, you should go right ahead and sell the house. You do what you want to do! She sounds like she is disrespectful and needs to learn what it means to be an adult. It's time she started to care for herself. You have done it long enough. She will make her own path and you should follow yours. It's tough love but it's time. At least in my opinion that's what needs to happen.
