Hi Blue-I've been on Depakote for a couple of months now but did not notice any dream changes from it. I just started Buspar though & my dreams are always vivid (& I have PTSD nightmares sometimes) but wow they are like in Technicolor with the Buspar. If it is the Depakote your body will probably get adjusted to it & they well lessen but it's a good idea to let your pdoc know-take care.
