Thirding what SnakeCharmer said. Definitely double check about the insurance, these things are really unpredictable at times.
Also, definitely talk to your T. Depending on your situation (are you switching insurance companies, or getting brand new insurance?) sometimes Ts can find ways to make things happen. I've heard of people, for example, getting their Ts treated as in-network by filing papers for "continuity of care" (I think, I'm not sure of the details). Your T may have a solution that you don't know exists.
Or they may not, but at least by talking to them - they'll know that they didn't do anything to scare you off, and you can keep the door open for future help if your situation changes.
