Are you on medication? If your mood changes that frequently, it sounds like rapid-cycling bipolar. Finding the right meds can be a challenge for "regular" bipolar disorder, but from what I understand, it can be even more challenging for rapid cycling. I'm not an expert, btw.The Depression & Bipolar Alliance website has some good info on rapid cycling (and other topics).

I'm a mom, too, so I understand that part all too well. (My kids are grown-up now.) Just know that you're not alone!
