I am not sure jo_thorne, but I think this may be helping me.

I just sent email asking if I should be seeing progress so soon?
I have an "After I get out of bed, I will "do this" tiny task.
This morning before I even got up I was already thinking about "doing this". This is something I have been trying to remember to do every day since before Christmas, last summer even. Since I tried this method, I have done it Tuesday, Wednesday, and now Thursday.
