Yes sort of my point - Now I will give them you had said you wanted to be an organ donor, and if you do have an alcohol or drug problem it WILL have an effect on what organs are worth re-using (really I would not want a liver that came out of a chronic alcoholic) BUT that again is the medical communities issue NOT motor vehicles - unless you are actually driving while drunk/stoned, but even then you concern yourself with that one particular case of intoxication - DEFINITELY NOT what state of mind you might be in when not driving!
