If it bothers you, or interferes with your ability to have relationships and do the things that you would like to do in your life, then you should definitely talk to someone. Whether or not something is a disorder is mostly a matter of what impact it has on your life and ability to function. I can think of some disorders that thinking that way could be a part of, but I can't say whether or not you have a disorder because I don't know enough about what life is like for you, and how that compares to what you want out of life. Does that make sense?
