1. Get enough quality sleep. (use Dark Therapy)
2. Avoid stress and pressure.
3. In winter use Light therapy for depression.
4. When depressed get out and have a walk between 11am and 2pm.
5. Exercise more if you can.
6. Eat a healthy diet.
7. Take a daily vitamin D supplement (5000iu)
8. Stick to a regular daily routine. Bipolar loves routine.
9. Take your meds at the same time every day.
10. Do something you enjoy every day.
11. Reset your circadium rhythms with a sunrise alarm.
