Thanks for this. A couple questions out of curiosity.:

Why walk between 11am and 2pm? Is it something with the sun or time of day that makes it better than other times?

Why specifically 5000iu for Vitamin D? I take it but it's only 1000iu

Just curious if there's any sort of scientific reason. I agree with those. I am just confused about the time and IU amount.
