I love that video....have watched it numerous times & always get something new out of it each time.....her other videos are worth watching also.

It's so true that creativity comes from vulnerability.....if you don't open yourself up to try....you can never know what you are capable of doing or succeeding at.

Feeling vulnerable is scary at times....but the end result is WORTH it. Love Brene Brown's down to earth talking also. She doesn't use the high fa-looting PhD terms but talks in everyday language to every day people who need to hear & understand what she has to say.

At times it's hard to be real for fear of what people might think....but being real is soooooo much better & feels better also in the long run because it's important for people to know the real US not a picture of us that we want them to see.

What I found difficult for me was to find the words that truly expressed my thoughts & feelings because I wasn't in touch with them.....had no mindfulness to be in touch with myself so I could let anyone else know either. LOL....now at the age of 62....I'm finally figuring it out. Also figuring out what I was living with all my life & how it actually effected & how I fought to counter that effect & what that created me into.....now I can just be me without any fight (now that I left my H after 33 years of a bad marriage). Amazing when one has time to reflect on one's life, it opens up so many doors & windows into the past & into the future.
