Shelby are you taking any meds for your depression?

I know my family physician suggested that I take 2 benadryl b/c they act as a "nerve pill" for short term only after a death of a very close relative. I would think if used to replace meds for anxiety , they could become very psychologically addictive.

Only a suggestion, but in your shoes, I would definitely see my family doctor to discuss it with him or her.
