It is a tough battle—sometimes I use food to make me feel better and sometimes out of boredom. For me, food can be a weapon I use against myself—I starve myself and then binge. It is frustrating. I feel horrible and sick after binging—sometimes actually getting vomiting. At one time I made a list of things I can do instead of eating…I put it on my fridge door. Sometimes, I ignored the list, but sometimes I would do something on the list instead of eat. Now, I am a little more in control—I think the list did help a little.
