Orvel it's not that easy to identify what u feel if I've been denied feelin anything particular ur entire life. I'm with insertname. I've no idea what I feel or y. The only emotions I can identify are rage and extreme sadness. All other feelings r so foreign and when I feel and emotion I can't name it's frustrating to the point of infuriating. Don't u think we would name these feelings for T if we could? Y the hell do u think we are in therapy. I wish I coil identify them then I could have more normal reactions to things.

I don't mean to go off te deep end and get totally pissed about how misunderstood me and ppl like me are but wtf. All we can do is try and try and try some more. I don't even know y things like this piss me off it's just a persons ignorance to something they don't experience or kno themselves.
