I guess the divide between body and mind is not as strict as most people think?
I remember watching this documentary on a young woman who was very low vision. She also had albinism, which often causes eye issues. She basically had to live like a blind person. And it was proven that she actually did not have very good eyesight. Still she had a part that could see, maybe not to a perfection, but she was definitely not legally blind.
So I will somehow assume that parts can have different physical conditions. It doesn't really help much how it happens, but if a little one has a fever and the big one does not, that is real. I think maybe our bodies are much more sensitive to our minds than we can ever imagine. I mean, afterall, we "are" our bodies too, our brains are quite physical, and the divide between mind and body might be quite unreal, even if that thought usually upsets people.
