Have been feeling particularly depressed so am looking forward to my jog/walk today. It's below zero right now, actual temp, so just waiting for it to warm up a bit before I head out. Will be increasing my final jog by 30 seconds today and hoping to God it won't produce a fibromyalgia flare.

Self care = just forcing myself to carry on and get things done despite my bad depression. Just one foot in front of the other. Making a stew with my husband later on, so that'll be nice. Other than that, not much planned for the day.
