Thanks to each and every one of you. I can eat yogurt. I normally can't handle peanut butter or any fruits unless they are canned and even then, very, very little.
I'll try to check out the designer protein shakes at GNC.
What is hummas? I have never seen any. I can get the real, old fashioned pita bread. Now that's some yummy bread!
