Mindfulness is amazing, i've gtried emdr, exposure therapy and visualisation. My t sent me home with a breathing mindfulness and sriously i am a lot less anxious.i used jump out on skin at loud noises, i freaked out severely when butterfly flew in my face.i felt stupid to be lying throwing my arms around all because a butterfly one of the most deadliest animals on earth flew in my face.
My reactionstoned down sooo much.
