The fallout from having Bipolar can be devastating. I am so sorry you are going through this. I have lost friends and the respect of family due to my illness too and it is gut wrenching. Lithium has been a very helpful med for me ( I am off it temporarily while I have ECT). It deals well with the Mania and agitation. Hopefully once you stabilise you can mend the important relationships that have been affected and build some new ones. We at PC are here for you. take care.
