I take stimulant meds for add and find I can "learn" adequate responses from being on them for a period of time, say two weeks, then I can go off them and recall the learned responses and get through a few weeks without them, then go back on again, etc.
I guess my question was based on.... can ad's be utilized the same way....on an as needed basis?
